Therapy
I currently work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in New Mexico. I serve clients ages 12 and up. Teen clients will be required to identify primary support people who will be occasionally required to attend and participate in the therapeutic process to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
Why therapy?
Therapy can help someone to navigate life’s challenges, gain insight into their emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier coping strategies. It provides a supportive space to heal from past experiences, strengthen self-worth, and build meaningful relationships. Therapy can also help cultivate joy, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
