Meet Kaytea Hendricks

Our bodies hold the stories of our past experiences, but within those stories lies profound wisdom. Together, we’ll explore that source of strength and knowledge, helping you reconnect with your body and foster a deeper, more integrated relationship with your Self.

I began my clinical career in residential treatment, supporting individuals navigating trauma and addictions. My additional certifications include Applied Interpersonal Neurobiology, Psychodrama, Grief and Loss, Intuitive Eating Counseling, Polyvagal Theory, and Addiction.

I’m passionate about working with those who think outside the box-- creative souls, those who have felt like the outsiders, the black sheep, self-proclaimed “heathens”—and anyone ready to embrace a creative approach to wellness.

  • “I’ve seen many therapists and I believe working with Kaytea has been most beneficial for me. She’s not judgmental, doesn’t push anything that is outside of my boundaries or realistic limits. She listens deeply and makes an effort to help you improve your life within your own terms and means, all while giving you the feedback, gentle guidance and tools to become the best version of yourself.”

  • “Cultivating joy, self-worth, and safety is a fundamental right for all people. Life’s journey is often full of challenges, but by strengthening our agency and tapping into both internal and external resources, we can create a thriving, fulfilling life. My approach to working with you is rooted in neuroscience and play, blending a feminist, client-centered, trauma-informed perspective with experiential and somatic practices. I also believe a well-placed f-bomb can be extremely therapeutic.”
